Organizations per account
One account can own up to 5 organizations. For more, write to support@tracedown.app.
Only one of your organizations runs on the Free plan at a time. If you end up owning more than one on the Free plan, one keeps running and the others are paused.
A paused organization runs no probes and takes nothing new, but you can still sign in, read, change, export, delete and transfer everything in it. Nothing is deleted, and it resumes as soon as it moves to a paid plan or the other Free organization is deleted, transferred or moved to a paid plan.
New organizations are on the preview plan while the open preview runs, so the Free plan rules above apply from the move to the free tier when the preview ends.
